I don't like the chalky bits in the liquid and will most likely not buy it again.Even when you shake it they are still there.

I call this "Super Juice" and I usually mix it with orange juice or another electrolyte drink called SplashH2O or Apple or Cranberry juice. It has everything in it. Buying all these nutrients separately would cost approximately $95 a month. we give it to our 13 year old who refuses to eat vegetables. Liquid Nutrition is the primary reason I have stayed with SFIMG since 2005, regardless of all the improvements that have occurred.

I like this product. It tastes like a berry smoothie which makes it easier to give to my family everyday. I feel better overall and have more energy throughout the day. I would recommend this to anyone.
